Deputy Prime Minister in a statement in Permatang Pauh wants Indians and Chinese to come back to BN. His justification for saying that,

Najib Hints on Goodies for ALL

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said the government would announce a ‘pleasant surprise’ for Malaysians when the 2009 Budget is tabled on Aug 29. With the upcoming budget due on a few days after the Permatang Pauh by-elections.
This only can be good news for Malaysians but i would think that the government has got much much more to do if they want too secure the trust of the rakyat again. Ad-hoc goodies are not what we are interested in.
Everyone was complaining when the fuel price went up, then when the subsidy was announced..Some kept quiet. Collecting cold hard RM625 from the post office would have been a good experience despite the long que but really…What is RM625???
With the increase in fuel that wouldnt be enough to fuel your cars for 2 months of free petrol and paying RM2.70 a litre for the rest of the year? Only a un-realistic person would think that its a good deal. We still have not seen the transportation system being improved, we have not seen the price of food reduced.
I tell you what ive been seeing, have a look at the sidebar on this website….The price of fuel dropping every single day!!
Goodies are good but we are interested in the LONG TERM well being of every single citizen of Malaysia not the CHOOSEN FEW!

ACA Rampage
The Anti Corruption agency has been on a rampage lately nabbing numerous officers from the government and previous government officers.
The latest casulty list include :
- Director-general of Immigration
- Head of Kelantan Fisheries Department
- Director-general of Malaysian Tourism Promotion Board
This has been good news that the ACA is truly doing its role as it was originally set out to do. There has been talk for the ACA to be a commision thus making it trully independant. Having said that is it trully indepandant now?
My questions
- MRR2
-Maika Holdings
-The recent reports by Mazlan Harun on Pak Lah & Najib
Why arent these high profile cases being investigated the way the rest were? Is this a measure to show everyone that they are doing their job and keeping everyone shut..for now?
Show your true steel ACA, we want to see proper investigations being held to everyone and anyone that is corrupt!

ACA report against Najib & Pak Lah

It just seems to be getting worst and worst for the rulling party isnt it?Malaysiakini reported that An Umno veteran today lodge a complaint against party president Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and deputy president Najib Abdul Razak with the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) for alleged abuse of power.

The complainant, former Umno youth exco Mazlan Harun, claimed that both Abdullah and Najib had abused government machinery to garner support among Umno members in a bid to sustain their position in the party in the coming party elections.
This would be a true test of the ACA steel in curbing corruption, lets see if anything actually gets done or it would just go quiet like the Altantuya case

Raja Petra Goes For Charge #05
Raja Petra Kamarudin know to most Malaysians as RPK is one brave man!! I have full respect for his bravery in speaking his mind and mind you he has the substance to back what ever he says. As a fellow blogger, this is the meaning of freedom of speech. He blogs and yes some of his articles are at your face ones but if he didn’t have any truth in them, would it be as popular as it is?
He was just arrest not long ago for his article “Lets Send the Altantuya Murderers To Hell” where he implicated the wife of DPM Najib to be involved but later released as there was not enough information to arreest him. He has got some new juice now!!
RPK has met the accomplice that followed Saiful when he went to meet Najib. A full recording has been done and the transcripts is below. RPK is ready to face the music and he is quoted saying on his famous blog :
“Yes, I know I am headed for a fall, but I am going to bring Najib down with me. We shall both hit the dirt and become history, side-by-side.”
Read the post and transcript of the session with the accomplice Read the rest of this entry »

Inflation at 7.7%
So here we are, we have arrived at a 26year high of 7.7% high in inflation. Prices have soared and cost of living is at a up. In a nutshell everything has got up except salary. For a average Malaysian, survival is in question. There has been soo much attention on Dato Seri Anwar, Najib, Pak lah,Saiful, Altantuya and even C4 but what really happening to the real interest of the nation…its people??
I read a article on the blog of the Mp of Kapar, YB Manikavasagam on the real issues that we are facing while how conveniently the attention is simply politicking. While simply computing is has become a heavy burden, the rakyat are looking for alternatives in public transport which is honestly not ready to handle the volume. In a story i read today, that too is set to a 20% hike..So what now??
DSAI keep singing his consistent tune that if Pakatan rakyat rules today, prices of fuel will drop tomorrow. I sure hope something like that happens. For the ordinary Malaysian its not about Anwar or Najib or Pak lah. Its about survival and the way things are being done now…!?@$
If you ask a leader to comment about the situation the expected answer will come in the form of comparison with countries which are in shite conditions them selves, why are we comparing with inferior economies or countries which are doing a crap job?? You guys are the experts and you should know how to handle this, don’t give us excuses because if you cant do the job, there are many who can!
What are your thoughts? What do you think should be happening now considering the current circumstances?
Its depressing isn’t it?!

Dear Education Minister

They always say that you should have faith in your own product and should be a user of your own product before selling it to the world, does the same apply if your in the government?
Education Minister, Datuk Seri Hishammudin Tun Hussein’s son is doing O’ levels and will be going off to the United Kingdom this coming September to further his studies.
Deputy Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s daughter, Nooryana Najwa has been accepted into Georgetown University in Washington DC to read politics and international relations after doing her IB (International Baccalaureate).
Datuk Seri Hishamuddin Tun Hussein and Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s children are academically smart. However, it seems like both of them did not sit for SPM.

Raja Petra Arrested
Malaysiakini reported that blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin has been formally arrested and has been taken to the Jalan Duta Court to be charged. He is expected to be charged after his infamous statutory declaration linking the wife of the Najib with the murder of Altantuya Shaaribu’s gruesome murder.
I have full respect for this man who stands by his words and willing to face the consequences. I hope he gets a fair trail and if given a option to take bail, he pays it!!
Walk with RPK!!
