Tony Pua

Amongst the many faces that graced the posters we see every where is of Tony Pua! I work in the PJ so i see soo much of his posters i had to find out more. I don’t vote in the constituency but i am voting in the constituency where another superb person in Teresa Kok is voting. Why am i writing this post?

I was at a restaurant at Taman Sea having lunch last week and suddenly a sea of Barisan National people came into the restaurant. In the crowd were Donald Lim and Sheah Kok Fah  who is standing for the Kampung Tunku seat. It was pretty funny because they came to my table shake all our hands and Donald said …”vote for Sheah Kok Fah, he is a lawyer, very good” and then walks off. Ok…so what if he is a lawyer?

Anyway, after they leave the area the shop owner asked a friend of mine if he will be voting for BN and he said..noo, he is voting DAP .The shop guys response?

“VERY GOOD! These people come and shake our hands once every 4-5 years” Then he went on to tell us about Tony Pua who apparently comes there and has his meals there and talks to the people listening to them and their problems. If he can help them he definitely does and if he cant he directs them to the right direction.

This is awesome!! Exactly what we love to hear on the way a MP works! We need people who are genuinely interested to serve and not ride on facts of they are lawyers, doctors or glorified seat warmers in the parliament
