Pak Lah, a good Prime Minister?
Since 3/8, many people have argued that Pak Lah has to step down as the Prime Minister of Malaysia. After the defeat suffered by his party, Pak Lah still took a courageous step forward and decided to be the PM for Malaysia for another term. I am proud of him. I am also happy because I don’t know what would have happened if Najib or anyone else in BN would have been the PM.
I was happy when Pak Lah was first elected as the Prime Minister of Malaysia. I am of the opinion that he is a good man and a cleaner politician compared to the others in his team. He is the only one left in BN that is capable of being the PM. The others have too much dirt in their hands and heads and thus cannot run this country.
Yes, he has made a few costly mistakes and the most costly one was to listen to his BN alliance instead of the Rakyat themselves. If only he would have taken the time to hear the HINDRAF leaders out, I think BN would have won the 2/3 majority. He chose to listen to Samy Vellu and subsequently he had to pay a very costly price. I also hope that he stops sleeping during functions. That’s an embarrassment!!!
If we had anyone else as the PM, I don’t think we would have had an election like this. There would have been more foul play, dirty tricks, chaos and etc. I am not saying that we had a clean election but it was just better than if anyone else from BN would have been the leader. Thank GOD!

I heard Pak Lah addressing the Rakyat a few days ago. After so long, this was the first time I heard him speak so freely. I hope he continues to speak up and stop taking the blame and carry the burden of others on his shoulders. Everyone has to face the consequences of their action. Right from the beginning Pak Lah has given his ministers the freedom to deal with issues and make decisions. Unfortunately, the ministers he had were useless and thus the massive misuse of power. Pak Lah should now let his ministers carry on to be free to make decisions but he has to have a leash tied to them. When they get a bit out of hand, he has to pull them back and warn them instead of letting them run loose.
However, with the strong Barisan Rakyat present today, I am sure they won’t be able to run too far away. The Barisan Rakyat will be there to ensure that the ministers perform their job.
Pak Lah, sorry to say this, I think you have a bunch of useless people around you. Some of your guys have still not learnt their lesson and are still trying to play the racial game. A good example would be Khir Toyo. Are they out of their mind? Come on, its time to grow up. Ask them to start behaving professionally if they want to gain the support of the Rakyat back in the next election.
However, no offence to you Pak Lah, I think this would be your last term as PM. The next election the Barisan Rakyat will take over. They have already started to prove that they are what they say they are. I think they will continue to progress and the the people will be supporting them. Kami bukan Melayu, Cina atau India. Kami Bangsa Malaysia!!!!

Generally felt the other option is Anwar. Sure sure his hnds are clean as you expect? I am sure (self interest, opportunist himself) he’ll be just a stepping stone. He has has proven his worth when he was in the government. They said he mishandled the financial crisis 1 eg. by increasing interest rate during the financial crisis leading to many business close downs. He had his crony ism and nepotisms doesn’t he? Now that he is going to rule the country. Remember Algore at one point was interested in Malaysian politics. Fortunately he didn’t make it to the presidency. Malaysia will live under American meddlesome nose.
Well anyone can be much cleaner thn Anwar..after all he is brought up and “trained” by UMNO..so how much ‘Clean” is Anwar?? very subjective…I would prefer someone not associated with any parties ..let it be PKR,UMNO,DAP or PAS . These people are corrupted either in terms of money related or in their political connections or activities. I would prefer fr someone who may be new in this political arewna then we can assume he or she is clean. To me those in politics would have their own agenda…own plans or desire..and in one of those agenda ..there are things that may not be achieve in legal way or “dirty”
Don’t believe this type of people..I am sad most of us can easily be bought with just by words of promises…etc..etc..God is great..we will know who is telling the truth.
